At Argentum Lodge we provide Residential, Respite, 24-hour Nursing care and Dementia care for our residents.

Our experienced and dedicated team enable us to nurse those with physical disabilities, those who require end of life care, those with high dependency needs, and those who become infirm.

Should your care requirements change whilst you are with us, it’s not a problem. Our experienced team of nurses and carers can cater for almost any need. We regularly assess the care we are providing and ensure that it is tailored to your current needs and requirements.

Our experienced team are passionate about welcoming each new resident to Argentum Lodge and helping them to settle and integrate with the other members of our community.

Within your first 48 hours you will have met the management team and your dedicated team member and discussed your care plan.

Residents are encouraged to bring personal items, such as photographs, ornaments, etc. to make your room truly your own. From the moment you arrive at Argentum Lodge our team will ensure that your stay will be welcoming and comfortable. And remember that your family and friends are always welcome to visit, any time day or night.

Friends and family are welcome to make appointments and visit relatives in our “virus-proof” visitor room.

We can accommodate some types of pets in certain cases, please discuss this further with our Home Manager.

Various social events, clubs, entertainment and activities are organised to ensure that there is always something interesting and stimulating going on. Our Activity Coordinators will support and encourage you with any hobbies, interests and excursions. And of course birthdays are celebrated with a party and a birthday cake!

Delicious and nutritious meals are prepared onsite by our in-house chef and catering team using local suppliers for meat, fruit, and vegetables. We cater for specialised diets and for anyone who may have issues with eating.

Our breakfast, lunch and supper are served in the main dining room; however, snacks and drinks are available throughout the day. Room service is also available on request.
